Achieved!  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 0.4
by: Tuhljin [More]

Achieved! allows you to customize the position and scale (size) of the achievement alert frames you see when you earn an achievement and dungeon completion alert frames (new with v0.4), as well as change how long those alerts remain on the screen. This is especially useful for players who have customized their UIs in such a way that the alerts would otherwise block important elements of the interface.

Achieved! aims to be light-weight and easy-to-use. Type /achd or /achieved in-game for instructions. See the screenshot for an idea of what it's capable of doing.

Buy Tuhljin a snack so he'll feel guilty about not yet implementing that suggestion you made. Or maybe just to show your support. That works, too.

The change log lists changes of particular note to users, not every change made.

v0.4
- Updated for WoW 3.3.
- The dungeon completion alert frame is now supported.

v0.3
- Updated for WoW 3.1.
- You can now change how many seconds alert frames remain on the screen after fading in ("/achd time <#>").
- Added Korean localization.

v0.2
- Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to drag the alert frames with the Korean client (and perhaps others).

v0.1
- Initial release.

For those looking for another alternative to moving achievement frames you can always take a look at my addon xanAchievementMover until achieved gets updated. I'm hoping the author returns one day

when I type /achieved drag I get this error:

1x Interface\FrameXML\AlertFrames.lua:171: 'for' limit must be a number: Achieved!-0.4\core.lua:328: in function `Achieved_SpoofDungeonCompletionAlert'
Achieved!-0.4\core.lua:208: in function <Achieved!\core.lua:174>
Achieved!-0.4\core.lua:222: in function `?'
Interface\FrameXML\ChatFrame.lua:4293: in function `ChatEdit_ParseText':
Interface\FrameXML\ChatFrame.lua:3992: in function `ChatEdit_SendText':
Interface\FrameXML\ChatFrame.lua:4031: in function `ChatEdit_OnEnterPressed':
<string>:"*:OnEnterPressed":1: in function <[string "*:OnEnterPressed"]:1>

The alert frame with its anchor appears but I am unable to drag it anywhere. It does however, go away when I right click on the anchor.

I get the following error, only when using this add-on, and am also using Overachiever, but with this add-on off, do not receive the error, and with Overachiever off, still get the error when an Achievement pops up. Have also gotten it with no other add-ons other than this one running and usually the dungeon gets completed.

Achieved! needs updated for 4.1 in that, it doesn't move the Guild Challenge complete frame.

If it still works, by all means, keep using it. I plan on updating it if I find that it stops working (or more likely, other people find this and tell me so).

hello, first thanks for such nice addon, wanted to ask, would it be possible to add the new "Dungeon Complete" achievement-like frame introduced in 3.3 when you complete dungeon thru the pug finder lfg thingy?
