InaUI 2.2  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 2.2c
by: InaUI [More]

InaUI2.2

Information:

This is a complete new version of the InaUI. It uses a lot of new addons, that have not been used in older versions to make it look better and ensure a lesser memory usage. This UI is build in resolution 1680x1050, yet it should work with other widescreen resolutions, but then some alteration is required.

Installation:

1. Make a backup of your existing UI

* Go to your World of Warcraft folder.
* Copy the Interface and WTF folders (and Font folder if you have one), and paste them into a new
folder of your choice and name. This will be your backup in case you want to go back.
* Delete the Interface and WTF folders (and Font folder if you have one) in the World of Warcraft folder.

2. Install InaUI

1. Download InaUI and unzip the folders in your World of Warcraft Directory.
2. Open the WTF folder and rename "Your account", "Your server" and "Your character".
3. Start WoW. Make sure "Load Outdated Addons" is checked and disable addons you don't need.
4. Log into the game and type /reflux switch InaUI (case sensitive)
5. Some addons might requiere manual setting (SmartDebuff)

Important:
If an addon is not working correctly make sure that InaUI is the used profile of this addon!
If you do not know what an addon does or how it works, check the links below!

Hi, yes you can do this. The raid and party frames are created by the addon BrethrenRaidFrames. You can disable that addon and enable FreebGrid instead, or if you want the original Grid just install that one.

1. In the lua of the minimap addon.
2. Either because they are not in the right folder, or they not enabled.

Hi, just copy the buff code from the target frame, to the focus frame, so from line 845 in the lua it should look like this

Code:
    focus = function(self, ...)
        func(self, ...)

        if auras then
			local buffs = CreateFrame("Frame", nil, self)
            buffs:SetHeight(height)
            buffs:SetWidth(180)
            buffs.initialAnchor = "TOPLEFT"
            buffs.spacing = 4
            buffs.num = 20
            buffs["growth-x"] = "RIGHT"
            buffs["growth-y"] = "DOWN"
            buffs:SetPoint("LEFT", self, "RIGHT", 4, 0)
            buffs.size = height

            buffs.PostCreateIcon = auraIcon
            buffs.PostUpdateIcon = PostUpdateIcon

			self.Buffs = buffs

            local debuffs = CreateFrame("Frame", nil, self)
            debuffs:SetHeight(height+2)
            debuffs:SetWidth(width)
            debuffs:SetPoint("BOTTOMLEFT", self, "TOPLEFT", 0, 4)
            debuffs.spacing = 4
            debuffs.size = height+2
            debuffs.initialAnchor = "BOTTOMLEFT"

            debuffs.PostCreateIcon = auraIcon
            debuffs.PostUpdateIcon = PostUpdateIcon

            self.Debuffs = debuffs
            self.Debuffs.num = 8
        end
    end,

yes i have gone to interface, action bars and unchecked lock action bars, it still stays locked :/
If i got this right, You need to write /bt in game and see Bartender menu popping up. There in the left upper corner is Button Lock, uncheck it and it should work.

Re: I love this but have two questions.

1. I moved the minimap to the bottom right in place of your threatmeter and I removed the kgpanels that were behind it but I cant seem to get rid of them small boxes at the top left. How do I delete those?
That is a bar from Bartender where I put my makros in, etc...

2. I also want to remove the casting bar from under my characters unitframe, but I would like to keep the enemy cast bar enabled. Is there a way I can do this?
That has to be done in the freeb.lua.

Code:
local castbar = function(self, unit)
    if multicheck(unit, "target", "player", "focus", "pet") then
When you delte "player" there, the playercastbar is gone, but the default castbar shows up, but I guess you will want use a diffrent castbar addon, and maybe this addon will disbale the default castbar again. There might be better ways to disable the player castbar, but I do not really have any lua knowledge...

Again thanks for the compilation I love it so much.
You're welcome. I am glad you like it.

I love this but have two questions.

Hi Ina!

First thank you so much for this UI I absolutely love it. I pretty heavily edited and added some mods to your collection and I ran into two problems I couldn't seem to fix.

1. I moved the minimap to the bottom right in place of your threatmeter and I removed the kgpanels that were behind it but I cant seem to get rid of them small boxes at the top left. How do I delete those?

2. I also want to remove the casting bar from under my characters unitframe, but I would like to keep the enemy cast bar enabled. Is there a way I can do this?

Again thanks for the compilation I love it so much.

Yea, i have always thought it would replace the blizzards UI, but didnt. Ill try using the oUF Grid, thanks for pointing it out - didnt know about it.

And yes, i like the UI as it is, just dont need two raidgroups and its easier to heal with groups stacked up like in grid.

Thank You for answering.

Just one question as i like to use Grid, i'd like to take off the oUF raidgroups / partygroups, but i can't do anything about them in game. I can't deal with the 'out of game options'..
If i take the 'x' from oUF_BrethrenRF on the addon list (in game), it just gives me Blizzards own party frames and i really don't want them either.

Don't know what to do, so maybe You could help me with it. Thanks!

(And yes, i tried to push the groups off the screen(like slide them out of sight), but it prefers to stay on it )
Hi, doesn't grid replace the Blizzard party frames, or has an option to hide them? I think it must work when you disable oUF_BrethrenRF and install Grid instead. If you like to also use an oUF layout i recommend to try the oUF_Freebgrid

I absolutely love your UI and feel it is the perfect setup for me as well. However, I am at a complete loss for how to adjust my artwork frames for my resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated; I really want to use this UI.

Thanks,
Hi, I am not shure which elements of the UI you mean. Can you send me a pm with a screenshot, that i get an idea of how it looks in your resolution.
