This is the official version from kiki. (see download page at http://christophe.calmejane.free.fr/wow/gem/

I've left the 2.32 in archives if people prefer. Although, without looking I suspect the changes will be quite similar (only so many ways to cook a chicken, or something).

2.35: (Official release)
- Official release from kiki
2.32: (More 3.x problems)
- Corrected problems with scrolling lists
- Corrected problems with events with one of your chars in.
- Corrected UI (drop down menus)

I'll focus my time on GEM3 to get the chat/sticky/alias and stuff working asap, so that everybody can move to GEM3 instead of maintaining this old ugly version of GEM If you are missing other features from GEM2 in gem3, please let me know. (please edit the download with my 2.35 version, except if you find it too buggy compared to yours)

I'll sure go see him and see if/why he wouldn't want this out there. Like I say GEM3 doesn't support the features we need yet (we tried it first off when GEM2 failed). Thanks for the note.

JMHammer A Defias Bandit Forum posts: 3 File comments: 309 Uploads: 1	Pete- The author of GEM, Kiki, helped me make a version of GEM2 - GEM2.35 - that works with WoW3.02 for use by my guild alliance. He does not want it released to the public, apparently; he wants people to migrate to GEM3. I suggest you leave a private message for Kiki at his main website, not the wowgem.fr one, but this one: http://christophe.calmejane.free.fr/...pBB2/index.php Leave a message with him. See if the two of you can get together. Perhaps he can hand off the GEM2 development to you, so that there won't be two or three different versions out there for WoW3.02. GEM2.35, the version I am using, is causing some taint issues with certain dropdown menus, such as when a player uses the drop-down menu on the target frame to set that target as the focus. We haven't noticed any other issues (and the one I mentioned is easy to work around, by setting the focus with the /focus command or a keybind instead of the dropdown menu).

Maybe, but I found GEM3 doesn't work with the / channel commands. And we've used GEM2 for ages in our community.

In any case, "2.32" is now here. It solves pretty much all the other problems I could fine.

But do let me know if you see any others.
