GCInfo: Show GCInfo() in a nice frame.
Description:
Show information from gcinfo() in a frame, including the rate of increase in memory usage.
Note:
There is no kind of averaging performed on the Increase value that the addon shows, it is literally the increase from the last second.

- FuBar support! If FuBar is present, AceGCInfo should now appear on it. If not, just select it from the "others" menu.
- Rearranged some of the internals so that duplicating functions in the FuBar support was not necessary.
