    Well my first ouf layout is based on lyns and thats where the credits belong.

    It has following frames:
    - Player
    - Target
    - Target of Target
    - Pet
    - Focus
    - Party
    - Raid

    It supports following oUF Plugins and Libs:
    - oUF_DebuffHighlight
    - oUF_PowerSpark
    - oUF_Banzai

    deleted stuff in lua that didn't belong there
