Today this Addon don't work with WOTLK.
I plan to rewrite it completely but it will take time.
I'm doing so many extra hours at the office that I did not have the courage to code when i go back to home.
And this situation will continue a few more months (until a major milestone in the design of the aircraft that i make will not be done.)
Once this task will be accomplished, I will be happy to work on this addon because, like you, I dream to see him in game fully fonctional.

Roleplay Mission Editor (RME) is an addon to create custom missions.
With RME, you can:
* Create missions fully configurable directly in game
* Create objects that can serve as an objective of mission, loot, reward.
* Automatically share or download missions available in your server and faction.
* Conduct a campaign mission on the same principle of WoW missions
* Lead a team player as a "Game Master" (you can unblock some mission, share objects, etc...)
* Make a lot of other things! (your target spoke by typing / RME <blabla>, you can knock the members of your group in GM mode, etc...)
After more than 500 hours of coding and testing, I am pleased to announce the release in quasi-stable version of the addon "Roleplay Mission Editor". This addon is what I always wanted to be able to do in this game:
Create simply missions fully configurable intuitively and especially without limit.
Thanks to the opportunities offered by the WoW interface, combined with a crazy bet that I launched in September 2007, is now possible.
Note: Today this addon exist only in french. EN translation is in progress and will be available asap.
RME is still under development but work correctly 
(more of 100 RME missions has been created by players in Kirin Tor shard)

This addon looks fantastic. I've had fun creating quests for myself, and I can't wait to do it for other people. Do you need help with the English translation? I know a fair amount of French and have already translated quite a bit in order to make testing easier. I would be happy to send you my translations if you want - less work for you to do, and it benefits me because I can then force my monolingual friends to test it with me!
Question: How does one delete items from the RME sack?

Si le donneur d'une mission n'est pas un PNJ (ie, c'est un jouer), et n'est pas moi, est-ce que le jouer doit avoir RME? Par exemple, j'ai dit que mon ami Tarquin est le donneur d'une mission (et il ne sait pas). Est-ce que je puis lançer la mission? Si oui, comment est-ce que je puis le faire? J'ai essayé cliquer droit sur Tarquin, et sur l'image de RME, mais rien est passé. Merci!

Mais, comme il n'existe pas de menu d'interaction classique (s'affichant lorsqu'on clic droit sur un pnj et permettant de prendre/finir une mission) sur cette cible, il faut cliquer sur l'icône de RME après avoir sélectionnée la cible. (clic gauche sur l'enveloppe) [1] Mais attention, il faut avoir publié la mission pour que cela fonctionne. [1] Note: Il est possible de configurer une touche raccourci via le menu classique de wow pour éviter d'avoir à cliquer sur l'icone de la minimap. [2] Note: la mission peut rester en mode privé tant que tu la testes avec ton perso. Si tu dois la tester en groupe, il faut la partager à ton groupe (comme une mission classique) ou la rendre publique et cliquer sur le bouton "Mise à jour des missions" afin de la propager. Et merci pour la traduction Si tu veux bien l'envoyer à cette adresse ( [email protected]) je l'intègrerai dans mon fichier pour la prochaine version. (Enlève le .nospam à mon adresse évidement ^^) ********************************** Little traduction for english reader people  A player can be a donor / finisher quest without having RME. (any target ally in fact .... a squirrel might be sufficient ^^). But as there is no menu interaction classic (displayed when right-clicking on a npc for take/finish a mission) on this target, you have to click on the RME icon with your target selected. (left click on the RME icon) [1] But be careful, we must have published the mission before so that it works. [1] Note: It is possible to configure a key shortcut through the wow menu to avoid having to click on the icon of the minimap. [2] Note: the mission can stay 'Unpublish' as you test your mission. If you want to test a mission in group, we must share it to your group (as a traditional mission) or make it public and click on "Update mission" button to share it.

im realy waiting for the english version
(since i cant speak much french:P)also is there a way to delete quests?because i tried to make one but now i dont want it anymore :P this is one of the best mods i have ever seen

Hello
A word to tell you that I have not abandoned this addon and I intend to make it work well under WoW WotLK. The problem is that I do not have time to do so I can't give a date for the next release. (I did not even reconnected to WoW since the 3.0 patch  )About Reputation add-on below, I'll see if I can integrate its use in RME. I have not looked at the code so I do not know if there are functions to interact with. (i hope so ^^) But again, it takes time. And my job does not leave much time for WoW (and addons) at this time. Sorry for this but I can't do otherwise now. |
