Scrap is no longer maintained on WoWInterface. For the latest release, check Curse.

Description
Scrap sells all your junk when you visit a merchant. What makes it different from other junk selling addons? Mainly, it is:

Intuitive & Easy to use
Mostly Load on Demand
Provides in-game tutorials for quick learning
Supports many plugins which add extra functionality (and the list is always growing)

Junk lists are now saved per-character (old global profiles will be kept for now, so this change is reversible). If you wish to have profiles, use Reflux.

Updated for 3.2
Scrap is going trough a "transitional phase": there are many upcoming changes, which will make Scrap profiles from previous versions incompatible with the new version. An additional addon, Scrap BetaUpdater, has been included, which will make the transition of enUS profiles a smooth process, but users with other clients may find transitioning their junk lists a difficult process. Our apologies, but this will be better for the users on a long term.
Added a new module: Scrap Merchant, which will make the Scrap merchant button load on demand. What does this means? Faster loading and less use of memory and cpu on startup.
Now Scrap does not allows items which can't be sold to the merchant to be added to the junk lists.
Chat messages now behave depending of your chat settings
Removed the profiles chat messages
More changes coming in a close future...

I had uploaded the right file the first time, but WoWInterface decided to provide the previous version as the main download. At the second time, I uploaded the wrong file. This is probably the best auto-seller I have seen. Two problems that kinda annoy me, but not anything really significant: 1.The alert in chat the tells you how much you sold is not properly positioned, it is too high on the line and almost intrudes into the previous line. 2. on the chat alert again. The gold, silver, and copper icons are very large, and this might even be causing the alignment issue. If those problems were fixed, I'd have a sweet addon to add to my suggested Addons list of my guild. __________________ ATTN: Due to insufficient funding, The Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off until further notice. Those two problems are in fact the same one: I need to set the icons size depending on the interface scale of the user, which is not happening at the current version. Actually something easy to fix, but I haven't looked at Scrap for a long time.

Anyway, thank you for your interest in improving Scrap. I will fix the issue soon as I can.

There was some slight issue with the Beta updater as well, where it would give the option to update but would not do so (just failed to advance once the update button was pressed). Really find the mod to be a time saver. Any assistance/ updates would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have gone to WoWWiki and copied and pasted an Item Link to see if that would help, but no luck. Any suggestions/advice would be nice.

same here. Hope this gets fixed. Dropping items on the coins to add to the sell list only grays out the gold coins and nothing happens. Re-open merchant and nothing sells and coins still grayed out.

Since I updated Scrap with the new patch, it has ceased to function. The button is there, it just doesn't do anything.

We knew some problems like this could show up with the Updater. It's just a tool quickly coded to make easier the process of rebuilding their settings.

Anyway, here's something that may help:

Make sure your current character has a junk list selected
Write in the chat "/dump Scrap_SV" and "/dump Scrap_Settings" and report back the results
