Multishot is a tiny addon that automatically takes screenshots of memorable events in your World of Warcraft career. It's a photo diary of everything you come across in Azeroth, Outland and Northend.

Features & screenshot possibilities
  • level-ups and guild level-ups
  • achievements and guild achievements
  • challenge mode medals
  • battleground and arena victories
  • reputation changes
  • trade window transactions
  • garisson building completion
  • any rare/rare-elite mob kills
  • timeline; take a screenshot every x minutes (configurable)
  • keybind; take a custom screenshot on demand
And most of all: boss killshots in dungeons and raids. Inbuilt database contains most if not all bosses ingame. Pew pew!

How to use
Just play as usual and Multishot will be waiting. By the way: you can take screenshots any time you like by pressing the PRINT key. Captures will most likely be located in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Screenshots.

Configuration
via Interface > Addons > Multishot or type /multishot into the chat window.

Updates
You will have to update Multishot every once in a while. Blizzard constantly adds, removes or updates mobs. Multishot would not be aware of these changes otherwise.

Troubleshooting
Multishot might not work as expected after new content patch has been released: every now and then "false positives" will sneak into the database. Those can easily be spotted in debug mode. Please drop me a line so that I can blacklist them as soon as possible.

Localization
Multishot works on all locales and supports localization. Please submit a translated copy of the "/Locales/Locale-enUS.lua" file if your language is not included yet. Thanks!

One of the new feature additions in 3.0.7 is ability to bind a key to "Custom Screenshot" under the usual game key-bindings.

This will take a screenshot with current Multishot options on demand.

I should say that I'm still waiting for my MoP copy (ordered a physical box) so... I haven't actually tested it since 25th (but it was working fine on MoP beta and before the 25th... it's spooky )

Edit:
Do you have and error-catching addon (like Swatter or BugSack/BugGrabber) or "Show Lua errors" ticked under the default game options? (Help section)
Maybe there is an actual error that prevents the watermark from hiding but you're not seeing it?

I didn't have the problem before MOP went live, but for the last few days its been happening.

I'm Running WoW enUS 5.0.5 Live
Windows7 64bit
Multishot version 3.0.7

I've just deleted my WTF folder and will start wish a fresh config, I was gonna say that I'd try and screenshot when it happens but, duh!
The addon does that for me

Is there a way to force a screenshot so I can test it with my other addons to check for compatibility issues?

thanks for response quickly, really look forward to new update

i use Achievment Screenshotter 2 before, it provides the function to auto take screenshot when battleground / rated battleground / arena finished, but this addon takes up too much memory

Watermarks?

Okay, I love this addon, but I also love Scrapbook's watermark system, where when it hides ui, it shows a watermark stating level, character name, location et cetera. do you think you could include a watermark feature into this addon? If you could it'd be great!

It's something we like to include but can't be fixed at the moment. We already use some kind of whitelist approach but this one would require localization and even more maintenance. Don't forget that Multishot tracks thousands of mobs and this issue only applies to maybe 3-5 of these.
