Here is my current UI. I uploaded a screenshot to reddit the other day and to my surprise, many people were interested in the User Interface that I had built for myself. After looking into just how to compile my own UI and release it to the public, I decided to do just that.
Now I do not plan to update this much (if at all). I will stop by from time to time to see if anyone has had any problems, but for the most part, you are on your own with this. I created it using a 1920x1080 display, so I do not believe the UI will work on any other resolution without a bit of tinkering and moving stuff around.

All the addons are up to date as of today (October 7th, 2012). If you download this at a later date, I would suggest making sure the addons are up to date by installing this then using the Curse Client to update the addons for you.
I hope you all enjoy what I've put together. I use this UI as a Warlock, Priest, Mage, and Rogue, so it should work for you regardless of the class you choose, but you may have to edit/add a few things yourself.
