All click-casting code has been removed. Anyone who used WatchDog for it should instead use Clique, which is much better, cleaner, and based entirely off the WatchDog click-casting code. (http://www.wowinterface.com/download...php?s=&id=5108 )

I repeat. WatchDog is no longer a Click-Casting mod. It is purely a set of unit frames.

Watchdog is a highly customizable set of UnitFrames first and foremost. When logging in for the first time, you'll see a single UnitFrame towards the center of your screen. It will display some information about your character, and windows will pop up as party members, pets and targets show up.

You can open the configuration menu by typing /wdog, /wd or /watchdog, depending on what other addons are installed in your system (/wd conflicts with Wardrobe type addons). There are a number of options available on this screen, and I won't explain them all since they'll be changing quite soon.

The format strings (Target Format 1, Player Format 2, etc.) are what defines what is seen on each frame-- and can be customized per type of frame. Format strings are entered using a system of [tags]. A full listing of the tags is available in the readme.txt file within WatchDog.

Kais A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 1 File comments: 1 Uploads: 0	<3 i just spend almost 2 hours trying to find a replacement for watchdog partyframes. i really hate everything else as even the most minimalistic unitframes take up way more space then i want them to. but WD was giving me errors with 1.12. then i randomly rechecked here (updating clique through svn) and saw the new watchdog as unitframes update. do you want to marry me? thx a lot.

My quality standards are better than that. I won't release an unfinished project as a full release until it meets my standards. I assure you that Clique is quite ready for public consumption, there are just a few things that need to be cleaned up within the next few days. I would never reccomend that you use a mod that isn't ready to be used.

Plus, I needed 1.12 to make some major changes, so I can push the 1.0 release.. very soon.

Grar, I'd been putting off Clique. The 0.7-beta versioning was kind of a turnoff. Could you bump that up to 1.0 to show that you consider it ready to go, or should I just stick with the old version of WatchDog?

Can you make ranks to hte spells. like for priest healing u dont wanna over heal wasts mana so can u make like shift left click or Heal rank 2 and alt left click heal rank 3 and so on?

I believe I responded to this in the forums as well, but just use:

/wdog showall to show all frames, and move them around
/wdog hideall to hide all frames and go back to normal mode.

Then just place the frames where you'd like them.

For now, you can make it work by editing the following in WatchDogCustom.lua on Line 5: [WATCHDOG.BUFF_DS] = {40,42,54}, Change that to: [WATCHDOG.BUFF_DS] = {30,40,50,60}, That should be the only change necessary-- they gave us DS earlier, and so the buff levels changed-- but I never updated the list. Replace the WatchDog.lua and .toc files in your directory with these one, and test it out-- support will be on natively and there is no toggle for it at the moment. Let me know how things end up =)

Works with DUF player frame but not with the party or pet frames.

I want to report with this version you can't cast Divine Spirit from WatchDog. Forgive me I'm at work and can't recall the exact error message but it is something about not being able to calcluate something. I will try to remember to post the exact error message when I'm home but wanted to bring it up anyways. On the brightside no other issues with 1.10 which broke so many mods. CT_raid can't see the divine spirit or prayer of spirit buff either so it is definetly different now. Thanks again! Laneer Edit: The exact error is: WatchdogCustom.lua:37:attempt to perform arithmetic on field '?'
