nioBroker: ActionBarSaver

Eases the use of ActionBarSaver. Allows you to load and save ABS-Setups with just a simple click. You could save them to your spec or to you character. How to use it should be obvious.

Update 2.0: Changed the behaviour slightly. Now really saves only for one character. Old setups may not show up. Best would be to delete the saved variable also. Used the new patch to make this update
