PassLoot AtlasLoot

A filter for PassLoot for AtlasLoot wish list support.

Usage:
- Make sure the AtlasLoot module is enabled in the modules tab of PassLoot.
- Simply add this filter to any rule and select the WishList you wish to match against.
- The 'All' option match all wishlists on every player.
- The 'Current Player' option will match all wishlists on the current player.
- If AtlasLoot is not loaded, the rule will not match.

Added temporary functions for checking AtlasLoot 6.0 wishlist database

- r11 -
Will no longer save variable information if we are not added to a rule.

- r10 -
toc update

- r9 -
toc fix

- r8 -
toc update, small dropdown menu change

- r7 -
Add a popup warning if atlasloot isn't loaded and we have rules that have this filter.

- r6 -
Return false if atlasloot isn't loaded.
Add 'Current Player' as an option. Will match ANY list the current player has.

- r5 -
Updated for new functions in AtlasLoot. You can now select which WishLists to match. This requires version 5.09.02 of AtlasLoot

Odlaw A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 67 Uploads: 5	It checks them all I'm afraid. the only function I could find that did item checking was: function AtlasLoot_WishListCheck(itemID, all) If i left told it not to check all, it would only work on your currently selected wishlist. This sounds great, but after a reloadui, there is no wishlist selected, and then it doesn't check anything. So the only way that would work is if you told it to select a wishlist every time you log in. I havn't figured out how to tell it to look in certain wishlists yet.

Someone made an addon that puts a message in tooltips when you mouse over an item in your wishlist... Going to see if I can use some of it's code to get the job done. Downside: I have to 'assume' that atlasloot database structure remains the same. (if it changes, i have to figure out how they changed it) I wish he'd have a better API to do this sort of thing.

Um, you could just ask these guys for better explanation? Or may be better support, if there's no real way to determine what is need for this addon to work.

What I mean, the function you're using could likely do what you need, but you want to know it for sure, when coding addon.

You are always welcome to send me a PM on the AtlasLoot forums with your exact requirements. It sounds like to me you just need a function that abstracts the Wishlist database? No API exists because no one has asked for one!

FYI: A HUGE part of the Cataclysm works is going to be creating and updating our documentation.

I actually was meaning to head over to your forums, I've just been busy. I should have phrased my post better, I sound like a jerk reading my words. I plan on seeing about an API, but trying to add exceptions to filters on main passloot, finding a few bugs along the way that weren't there in 3.2...
