    Looks to be because they are using Sexymap which has its own movers for many of the elements associated with the map, that I believe being one it offers options to move.
    Likely you can use that instead of this addon.

    But not for me It's still NOT working, look at the screen, the black box is the mover from WSUFM, but the World State is still at bottom right...
