    About

    Titan Panel adds information bars to the World of Warcraft UI:
    Details about the Titan Development Team can be found at the About subpage at their portal site.

    Please let us know of any errors or suggestions. Using Discord (below) may result in a faster resolution.
    Please also create a ticket on our SourceForge (below). Comments here are okay as well but we read this less often.

    Titan Panel not Showing up on Load
    Sometimes on login, the space for the bars shows up, but not the bars themselves, nothing to click on to at least use the load feature. Only logging out and logging back in cures this but leaves the bars empty (leading to having to load a particular player setting).

    @AnrDaemon: To make it easier for the people responsible for localization to see what needs to be changed. Yes it's functionally the same with the latter being much cleaner but it does help out our team of localization people when we separate the "g", "s" and "c" characters.

    @jgore9000: TitanItemDed is something I use as well so I get a similar error. When it happens, go to the area where your bar should be and right-click to bring up the Titan Panel menu. Navigate down to "Manage", "Profiles" and then load the defaults for the currently loaded character. Everything will immediately show up and you'll be back in business. If you log out with the bar missing, all your settings are deleted so you'll have to load them from another profile. It's a question of how much this pisses me off as to whether I'll look at it soon and come up with a solution. I'd like the plugin author to fix the problem as he's more qualified to muddle with the code than I am.

    @Mikari: An option to disable the attribution line? I suppose that's not too much to ask. You must really hate "PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD" events because that's when all that text appears. How do you handle all the other addons that display a line of text? I'm curious because in the grand scheme of things, having a burst of text at the beginning of a gaming session is *FAR* down my list of problems and hardly qualifies as "spam". I have to deal with actual spam in the world to the tune of a few million per week on my mail server. I guess it's a question of perspective.

    @sdbrian2: That's outside of our scope at the moment.

    @camstofer: If this is still happening, please create an "issue" at our Google Code site so it'll get addressed.

    Wow. So all I have to do is complain in a response and something happens? I have the power! I promise not to let it go to my head. Anyway, TitanItemDed was updated today after eight months.

    Titan Panel mistakenly interpreting LDB launcher's "text" attribute as "label", if the latter is missing, while API suggest to take the name as label instead.
    This issue is easiest to reproduce from gfxToggle2 set as right-side addon.

    I am having an issue where, if I have Titan Panel enabled, I lose all of my "guild" system messages. So I can hear people logging in and out, but I cannot see them logging in and out.

    The only tertiary Titan plug in that I use is the "spec" one.

    As soon as I turn Titan off, I regain the ability to see these messages.

    Am I the only one having this problem?

    not quite yet, theres a chancelog for an unreleased version on the googlecode site, just no download yet, its likely not rdy and still needs a bit of work b4 a release

    granted the current version still works, at least i have yet to get any errors or issues, you just gota enable load out of date

    Umm guys this might have something to do with the silence we are getting. I dont know who jgore9000 is but thay sure could have been a bit nicer and not piss off the Dev. We may not hear back from HonorGoG for some time as the last time they posted here was this quote above. To tell the truth I really cannot blame them, I was always told you talk politely to someone and they might just see your cause. I personally will miss it.

    Not that it REALLY need any Works fine so far, except the issue with LDB handling reported on the last page. (Cosmetic one, not to mention I can fix it myself)
