DXE NCA Sanctum

Ruby Sanctum support for Deus Vox Encounters.

Basic code was written back in May when the US got to test Halion (Heroic) on the PTR. Tested/Updated in 25M Heroic and 10M Normal.

Caveats:
Non-US English locales are NOT SUPPORTED.
The timer for the first Meteor in P3 is off, it's dead accurate for all subsequent casts.
The moment the version of the Halion support contained in DXE_Northrend exceds "009", this will probably not load/function. (As of v490-26, the version is "002", so it's safe for a while. If this is a huge issue, stick to DXE v490-25 or below.)

If you get an error similar to:
Interface\Addons\DXE\Core.lua:439: Encounter halion already exists - Requires unregistering

Comment out the last instance of DXE:RegisterEncounter(data) in
Interface\Addons\DXE_Northrend\Encounters.lua

20100701 - Added enrage timer. The warning for standing in fire trails should be triggered off SPELL_DAMAGE.
20100630 - Initial public release.

One minor note.

I think I figured out why the first meteor cd is off going from P2->P3.

In the P2-P3 transition entry:
The line that reads: "set",{meteorcd = {30,40,loop = false,type = "series"}},
Should come after: "alert","meteorcd",

But I didn't catch that before I killed it on 10M Heroic tonight so I have no easy way to verify that the change is sufficient. Once I test it, I'll push a final release out but it may be a few days before I can do so. It's relatively easy for people to change on their own though.

I'm fairly certain that it's not possible to get solid positioning data on the orbs.

Assuming that they spawn in a fixed location, and positioning resets every pull, it would be relatively easy to add such things (since the rotational velocity is constant) but I have not bothered to figure out if that is the case, and I probably won't go through the effort.

It'd be easy to nerf such addons by randomizing the start location of the orbs on pull as well. You could then derive where the orbs are the moment someone dies to Twilight Cutter damage, but that defeats the purpose of the mod in the first place.

Arrows??

Was just curious if this addition to DXE will have the very helpful arrows like there are for putricides ooze, for the orbs in the shadow realm.... not havin to rotate my camera to see them at all times would be great. If not could you add some i love love love the arrows makes life easier. Thanks!!
