Talent Planner Revised

This is an update for "Talent Planner by thegabbert", so all kudos should go to him.
I got used to TP because it's clean, simple and obvious - traits you meet not often. I'm not too much into programming, so I'm fixing addon up to my abilities and ask you to help me by reporting errors and mistakes via comments , PMs or e-mail. Thank you in advance.

All additional info about addon usage can be found at the official project's page.

Changes:
05/13/10: v3.10.2
- Updated many talents for 3.3.0 onwards
- Updated TOC for WoW 3.3

05/18/10: v3.10.3
- Possible fix for "Planner.lua:473: attempt to index a nil value". Please, report any manfunction it can cause.
- Look liberty in updating "Readme.txt" with my changes to the project. Let me know if this is unappropriate and I'll remove my comments right away.

Not at the moment, sorry. I'm looking way to implement such feature, but not just yet.
