What this mod does
This mod will allow you to automatically roll greed, need, pass, or if the setting is disabled, let you manually roll on loot based on customized loot rules.
By adding customized rules, you can do things like roll greed on all Bind on Equip items, except in Karazhan. You could also let it ignore all Bind on Pickup items, to let you manually roll on them.

Is there anyway to "force" the /test function to not care where you are? Makes it a little easier to test things, but I understand if its not something you want to implement.

Hi, really neat addon, makes loot a breeze.
Could someone possibly explain to me the filter "Counter/Comparison"? IE: What does this filter do for my rolls, and how does it work? I am looking for a way to roll "need" on things that are on my AtlasLoot WishList, followed by rolling "greed/DE" on anything on that list that I have already won, followed by rolling "greed/DE" on everything else (all while in a 5man). Will this Counter/Comparison filter let me achieve this goal? Thanks.

The Loot Won counter/comparison is an implementation that someone had asked for awhile back. It checks how often you have won an item. When you roll on an item and win, the counter will increment itself by 1. The comparison just matches against the counter. I believe this was asked for back in the days of Zul'Gurub, AQ20 and AQ40. When there were tons of little scarabs, and bijous to be rolled on. Someone wanted a way to roll on an item so long as they hadn't won it. If you set your counter to 0 (and there is an option to reset when joining a group/raid) and have the comparison check for < 1.. it would continue to roll for the item until you have won it 1 time. The counter counts the number of items that have been won by matching and rolling with the rule. They do not count individual items. Each rule can have it's own counter. If you made the following rules: 1) Wishlist stuffz (need) Atlasloot wishlist -> Your list Loot Won Counter -> 0 Loot Won Comparison -> Less than 1 2) Everything Else! (greed) <no filters here> It would roll need on ANY item in your wishlist.. Once you win ANY item by matching rule 1, the counter is incremented by 1. Since the counter would be 1, the rule would no longer be matched, and any other rules in the list would have to be matched in order for it to roll on them.

I could make a filter to check your inventory / bags. It would not remember what you have in bank / guild bank. Just check your inventory for the item being rolled on and compare it to the # of items of similar in your bags.
would that be helpful to you?

Adding an inventory filter (couldn't think of a better name).
It uses the GetItemCount() function. It checks equipped items, bags, and bank. Small downside is that it only checks for base items. This means items like Brutal Chest of the Monkey and Brutal Chest of the Owl are considered the same item. Brutal Chest is the base item. This shouldn't be a huge problem, as most of these items are green items. There are a few blue items out there though. |
