SealBar is an adaptation of CRiSPyToWN's AspectBar for Paladins. It creates a bar consisting of each of the available Seals for the Paladin. Credit for the vast majority of code goes to CRiSPyToWN.

I checked the package and it includes the SealBarConfig.xml, so I would assume you're asking what the command is to get to the config menu. If you type /sealbar it will inform you that to get to the config menu, you type "/sealbar config" (no quotes).

Don't know if this is even possible, but would be cool if so

Don't know if this is even possible, but would be cool if so

I'm not sure. The new bar mods use the secure action button template that's provided by the default UI. I'm not certain if there would be a way to modify the spell cast by a modifier key while using the action button template. I will look into it, but off the top of my head, it doesn't look promising.

Good idea. I'll put it on the wishlist. I'll also look at then combining the three bars into one mod (why make you guys download 3 mods when they all do basically the same thing for the same class?).

So far this mod has potential, but is useless as of now for me without bindings. Maybe this can be added to both blessings and seal bar?

I added Judgement as the first button. Good suggestion. I also added Seal of Vengeance and Seal of Blood. I can't confirm these as working, since I don't have a Paladin that high at my disposal, but they should.

At this point, there are no keybinding options for either mod. This may be added at a later date.

That error is as follows. Interface\AddOns\SealBar\SealBar.lua: 126: attempt to compare number with boolean. Doesn't seem to effect my usage and it is not a constant pop up I just don't know if it will effect things later ok. Other then that great mod.
