GrindBuddy is an addon for Blizzard's World of Warcraft. Through its options menu, you can specify what items you would like it to track, and it will display that item's name and how many you currently have in your inventory in a small KTM-sized GUI.
Please keep in mind that this addon is still in Alpha, meaning it can have many bugs.
Very nice addon, i do however have two suggestions:
1. add a scaling option, i run at lowest UI scale, making the small window very hard to read.
2. add naming option, often i dont have the item im farming for yet, so typing its name would be nice
