I'm having this odd quirk with some of my characters with the bank/bag.

Whenever I move anything from my bags/bank a grayed out version of it stays in the bank. It also doesn't have the icons where the item is exactly.

Here's a picture of how it looks.

Some things to notice, the items are in my bag, are in my bag, but they still have faded icons of where they were in the bank.

If I start putting things back in the bank, it will fill the holes as normally, but the icon will stay the icon that was there previously

You'll see I'm hovering over the Venerable Mass of MacGowan, but the tooltip is for Mystical Vest of Elements.


When I close the bank and open it up, the bank shows what it should be showing, as it should be showing.

Also, this is not consistent on all my characters. Most of my characters have things working properly.

I have tried deleting saved.vars and uninstalled (then reinstalled) Combuctor. I also use Bagnon_forever to keep bank information.

I'm just having a hard time of pinpointing exactly where things are conflicting on this.

The character that this screenshot is from is a fairly new character, it's only level 8.

Since I reinstalled it and Bagnon, all my characters are having this issue.

Edit 2:
I just completely removed everything again and grabbed the Bagnon_Forever from the beta that's up (2.19.2) and it seems to have cleared it all up.

i have combuctor installed from wowinterface and the filters for it from curse.
i put combuctor bag on one spot on my interface lower right. But when i open my world map combuctor moves to be placed near the map. my map is the condensed version.

Any idea on what happened here would be great.

seems also i was prevented from using the ESC hot key to logout that way.
but when i did log out the bag works fine now. must have something to do with when i made it interactive. any hoot if i notice any more info that may or may not be relavent i'll add it here.

It didn't. In more recent versions of Combuctor, I've switched what I've used for events to be a non global thingy. When I did that, I stopped prefixing events I made myself from COMBUCTOR_ to just whatever their name was. So, there was a bunch of places I needed to make that change, and I just happened to miss the bank ones.

I know about it, and have actually fixed the issue in the development version.

Just wanted to let you know in case you were not aware, but Combuctor Config is not up to date in the TOC.

Tuller, i fixed the issue of not being able to search for boa's by switching the strings in bagsync but not in combuctor as they both contain a lib for item searching, i am not a addon coder so no idea if their conflicting with each other or not... any idea?

Sorry - I should of read the other comments a little closer to see others having the same problem. Thank you for the work - it's a nice lightweight addon so far - I hope the bank fix doesn't increase the footprint too much.

These issues should be fixed with the latest release.

Having problems with the bank - it won't access it offline, and bank slot one won't update until i close/reopen @ bank. It's also not showing my Enchanters Satchel (bank equiped). Any clues?

Just checked - same thing goes for an alt with a Mining Sack in the last slot of the bank tab. Same problems.

Well heres a small but probably fixable problem but when you search boa it won't pop up anything, probably due to the fact they are battle.net bound now.

here are the new strings :

Thx for the fix! Could you plz also update default sets that come with the addon (it has Misc and Quest categories missing)?

EDIT: Ok, I fixed the problem with missing categories:

The problem was in localization file \Combuctor\localization\localization.ruRU
It was not updated with the latest changes. It should be:
Now I at last have a working Combuctor, it was such a pain gaming without it =)

2.4.1 should fix the bank frame not popping up thing. I knew I was going to miss something when I did a lot of changes last night :P

I actually ended up doing a bunch more work than the simple fix for the AH issue, because I realized that my addons directory for Combuctor had some more files in it than the actual development files I was using (some of which weren't actually being used).

Thanks for the workaround, I can't stand to run without Combuctor anymore, It's spoiled me.

For those who have my tech skills, to bind the key for the bank frame all you have to do is open your keybind menu and scroll down past the Blizzard stuff and you should see keybind options for Combuctor.

I can confirm this, although a workaround is to right-click the teller, then hit your hotkey for opening your Combuctor bank frame. You can then interact with it correctly.

Talking to bank teller does not bring up a window.. latest release.
