Scrap is no longer maintained on WoWInterface. For the latest release, check Curse.

Description
Scrap sells all your junk when you visit a merchant. What makes it different from other junk selling addons? Mainly, it is:

Intuitive & Easy to use
Mostly Load on Demand
Provides in-game tutorials for quick learning
Supports many plugins which add extra functionality (and the list is always growing)

Scrap Cleaner - Deletes your scrap as your bags get full

Junk lists are now saved per-character (old global profiles will be kept for now, so this change is reversible). If you wish to have profiles, use Reflux.

Updated for 3.2
Scrap is going trough a "transitional phase": there are many upcoming changes, which will make Scrap profiles from previous versions incompatible with the new version. An additional addon, Scrap BetaUpdater, has been included, which will make the transition of enUS profiles a smooth process, but users with other clients may find transitioning their junk lists a difficult process. Our apologies, but this will be better for the users on a long term.
Added a new module: Scrap Merchant, which will make the Scrap merchant button load on demand. What does this means? Faster loading and less use of memory and cpu on startup.
Now Scrap does not allows items which can't be sold to the merchant to be added to the junk lists.
Chat messages now behave depending of your chat settings
Removed the profiles chat messages
More changes coming in a close future...

I dont see a button for Scrap Options (where should I see this). Is there a slash command to open it? I receive no errors, and yes I am sure its in the correct directory. I see 2 different reasons that may avoid Scrap to load properly: or you haven't installed it correctly, or some of your addons is interfering. Which addons are you using?
There is no button or slash commands for Scrap Options. Just right-click in the Scrap button.

Feel free to ask for more help if the problem persists

To avoid bugs, I strongly advice to disable Combuctor Scrap or to keep using Combuctor older version. EDIT: Combuctor Scrap is back up and working without bugs. Originally, that's how Scrap worked, but then I realized that was more intuitive a "Character-Realm" profile by default, because that's how most of the addons work. But I may change that in the closed beta.

I drag the item into the sell-icon as indicated, not to sell an item. It still sells it, and I have to buy it back each time. "Item sold due to gray" comes every time, no matter what I do to prevent it from doing so.

Are you dragging to the scrap button or to another button in the merchant window? When you drag it, before you drop it, what does the tooltip says?
Are you using any more merchant-related addon?

Sorry, but Scrap handles the junk on your bag, and not the repairs of your armor. You can find several addons at wowinterface that do just that: auto-repair your armor at the merchant.

Whenever i use Scrap to sell my junk Blizzard's Statistics (achievement frame statistics that track various things)n is unable to detect how much junk i have sold. I know i have sold junk for litterally thousands of gold on my main, but says a few silver. However on my alt that dun use Scrap the figures are accurate.

Yes, I intend to add that feature soon as I finish Sushi-1.0 and Scrap option menu.
