--About--

BuffEnough is a personal buff monitor that answers the simple question 'Am I buff enough?' If you're like me, when a raid leader does a ready check, you go through a mental checklist as you look over your buffs and gear, to make sure that you really are ready. Did I remember to do my own buff, do I have all pally blessings, do I have the correct pet out, am I still flasked/elixired, is my durability okay, did I forget to take off my riding crop, etc, etc. This is what BuffEnough does for you. It scans the raid to figure out what you should have, and then scans your buffs and gear to figure out what you do have. If the box is green, the answer is 'yes', you're buff enough. If the box is red or yellow, then you're still missing something and hovering your mouse over the box will tell you what it is in the tooltip.

--Commands--
/be or /buffenough - brings up the command line list
/be config - brings up the config UI (can also be accessed by Blizzard's interface options)

But it really need some updates: 1) Addon should be aware of which spec is in use, maybe have a different profile for each spec... its annoying to have it say "missing Frost Pressence" When I am in alt. spec as DPS (and in Blood Pressence). 2) Addon should know that the new 8% Kings from Drums is equal to the normal 10% Kings from a Pally - seen when we only bring 1 pally... addon keeps wanting Kings but I am getting 8% kings and BoM instead. 3) Generally make it possible to equalize spells, so if one is on you, then addon should show green. Otherwise very nice addon thats a big help checking if you got your buffs, have correct pressence, have weapons equipped etc. I really hope to see a new version out soon. /Wolf

I generally run with at least 2 paladins and another warrior as well, and I'm fully talented into both Commanding Presence and Booming Voice, which means my shout is better than the non-improved versions of Might of the paladins.

Slackie A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 1 Uploads: 0	Feature request: I would love the ability to have BuffEnough integrated with Outfitter, such that I could tell BuffEnough what Outfitter gear set should be expected and any other set would be flagged as being incorrect. Rationale: For encounters like Flame Leviathan where swapping to a high ilevel set gives more vehicle HP you want to do that, but probably don't want to continue wearing that gear for the next boss you do. Also for folks that have a gear set they prefer to use for trash and a different set for bosses, this would help avoid being in the wrong set of gear.

nikkodemus A Defias Bandit Forum posts: 2 File comments: 69 Uploads: 2	All of those scenarios are explained by the fact that BuffEnough needs time to scan the talents of your nearby raid members to find out what talents are available, Kings being one of them. Until it's been able to find someone with Kings, it's going to ignore Kings as a preference/priority for blessings. The shortcoming in the addon is that it should flag when someone actually casts Kings on you, and not still wait to scan the talents. However, with Kings becoming a base ability in 3.1, I'll probably just wait and let that issue fix itself.

It doesn't seem to register the lack of Blessing of Kings or Blessing of Sanctuary. 1. Override button not checked: "Missing Blessing of Wisdom" 2. Override button checked, BoK on blessing 1, BoW on blessing 2, BoS on blessing 3, BoM on blessing 4: "Missing Blessing of Wisdom" 3. Same as #2, except set blessing 2 to none: "Missing Blessing of Might" 4. Same as #3, except set blessing 4 to none: it says I'm buff enough (even though I'm not buffed with Kings or Sanctuary) 5. Set all of them to Blessing of Kings: it says I'm buff enough (even though I'm not buffed with Kings) 6. Set all of them to Blessing of Sanctuary: it says I'm buff enough (even though I'm not buffed with Sanctuary)

Possible solution, especially in the case of vigilence, perhaps have a glow behind the box if you don't have Vig, but still have it green as if you were ok, that way there's a visual indication that you don't have vig but its not a warning. And of course an option to turn if off if you don't care about vig.

That's something that may be done in a future version of BuffEnough, but it's not a trivial feature to add at the moment.

nikkodemus A Defias Bandit Forum posts: 2 File comments: 69 Uploads: 2	There's an occasional lag between the mounting event and the pet despawning event that causes them to happen (as it appears to BuffEnough) in the reverse order. I'll take a look and see if there's any way to make this work better. In the meantime, you can always left-click the window to manually trigger a check in case red comes up when you think you should be seeing green.

Sometimes when I mount, the BuffEnough window pops up and tells me I don't have a pet. Other times when I mount, it's green and fine. I have screenshots to prove it too, if need be. ahhh HAH! My problem was, under Consumables, "Only Check in Raid" was selected. It wasn't reporting the lack of a flask/food buff because I wasn't in a raid. I unchecked this option, and it's reporting just fine.

Thanks, this will save me a lot of pentalty points, lol.
