Purpose
Very lightweight tooltip anchored to top of mouse.

Really all there is to it, no fancy features, nothing to really modify, works out of the box to set your tooltip frames to the top of the mouse... Created it because all my other tooltip addons did more than I really needed.

0.1 Crappy code.
0.2 Now with a nearly nonexistant memory footprint, and more consistant code layout. With Roth Borders
0.3 Slightly changed.

Not really too surprising, the addon is very minimal code to change the layout of the default tooltip layout. There aren't any hooks for tinytip. You could probably set Tinytip to look a lot like mine, but mine was a zero configuration, low overhead option to hook the anchor of the tooltip to the mouse, and change the appearence ever-so slightly.
