    Spell Announce

    Quick addon, announces when instant cast spells are used to party/raid/battleground/say/yell, if a spell fails (Like Sap or Blind) it'll announce that along with why it failed (Immune, resisted, missed, ect).

    This is only for instant cast spells, basically if you see "You cast <name>" in the combat log it'll work this includes items like Drums (Or should at least).

    No configuration yet, see SpellAnnounce.lua for how to configure it.

    Can't broadcast it to a specific channel right now, beyond the default party/raid/battleground/guild/officer.

    Will this announce whether or not a kick was successful in interrupting something?
    I'm thinking RoS kicks. It would be nice to know immediatly if one of the rogues flubs a kick.

    I haven't specifically tested it with Kicks, it would say that kick was used followed by failed if its dodged or missed, but it wouldn't say if it actually interrupted something just that it was used.

    Hi again.

    In SpellAnnounce.lua I am trying to set the announce channel to Raid Warning:

    -- Change this to "RAID", "PARTY", "BATTLEGROUND", "SAY", "YELL" depending on the channel you want, include the quotes
    local CHANNEL = "RAID_WARNING"

    According to the WoWWiki entry for ChatTypeIds (http://www.wowwiki.com/ChatTypeId) "RAID_WARNING" should be valid.

    Can you think of a reason why I'm not sending out messages in 'Raid Warning' during arena matches?
