Ice Barrier Watcher

This add-on will help mages keep track of their Ice Barrier.

A small (freely movable) box is shown on your screen showing different states of the Ice Barrier.

• If you have it on it will show (with live countdown) the time until it wears off and also the cooldown, if it's on cooldown (as shown in the image).
• If it's not on cooldown only the time until it wears off will be shown.
• If you don't have Ice Barrier on you and it's on cooldown the cooldown will be shown (live countdown).
• If you don't have Ice Barrier up on you and it's not on cooldown the box will say "Ready" to let you know it can be applied.
• If you don't have the mana or for some other reason can't apply Ice Barrier (stunned/silenced, for instance) it will show "Not available" until you can apply it again.

Each state has its own color coding and between some of the states the box will flash to alert you about the change (for instance when it's ready to be applied).

Options can be accessed by typing "/ibw" and following the instructions.
Allows you to set if it should only show during combat.
If it should hide after X amount of time not being in combat.
And a few other minor things.

The add-on relies on you having Ice Barrier and Scorch somewhere in your action bars so it can be aware of the GCD and not react to that. This might have to be changed for some action bars/setups, so if it's a problem let me know and I'll look into making a different solution.

Add-on is still somewhat in development, although it's pretty much feature complete. What's missing the most is a GUI for handling the options and exposing some settings that currently aren't accessible through the command line.
