I see a bunch of people in this thread are people saying Fubar doesnt work.
One thing for me is that Fubar is being actively developed. While titan seems to have gone to a stage where it is stable and it aren't updated as often.

Personally i dont see much memory difference the two. Since most of my memory suckers are Database related Addon.

All in all i think FuBar has a brighter future.

Edit: Are we getting any good graphics ( At least the same as Titan ? ) before 1.0 comes out?

For starter, better memory management utilization.

Using both mouse buttons 1 and 2 on a plugin causes an error in line 279 og Fubarplugin.lua, attempt to index field `panel' (a nil value)

3. Port Menu (Mage)
4. Critline
5. XPStatus (puts tiny xp bar under bar
6. Chat History

Goddamn it.

After today's update, my FuBar settings keep getitng resetted.

Not the settings, but the place of addons, I set it, relog, its all at the wrong place again. Wtf ?

EDIT: I just removed all addons from panel, relogged, started to put 'em all on it, kept getting this error:

[Error during the registration of FuBar - AddonName in myAddOns.]

It is funny you use this analagy. Because both Titan and ACE are open source in someway. And they are both free ( in terms of money ).
From my little testing i dont see any substantial difference in performance. However i do think FuBar makes life easier with its drag and drop system. Another point is that Fubar always updated. The only thing that is stopping me now is that is looks very ugly compare to Titan. ( Ofcoz titan had a lot more time to polish so i suppose Fubar will improve over time as well )

Looking forward to see 1.0 release.

Obviously Titan is working and there are no reason to swtich over unless Fubar is much better performance wise.

Not sur ethis is the right place to post but, lootype is no longer being updated for fubar. Can someone take over that plugin and rework it for fubar before it's no longer backwards comp?

Ahh after some talking suspected it might have been QuestsFu..
I give utmost respect to these developers constantly working on these mods. Blizzard seems to make it a huge hassle to keep addons working, doesn't make sense.

I'm interested in making mods someday, but knowing bar none programming hinders me.. some day I'll sit down and learn a little, then be doing it all day. I specifically want to work with Ace, love that it strides specifically for efficiency aswell as all the mods falling under it.

Well I for one much prefer FuBar/Bosspanel. It is much easier to move the mods around and I think it responds much faster.

After today's patch though I again have problems. It is the same problem we had with FuBar Quests. Disabling that again stopped the freezing at login. Some mods aren't working now though like the DurabilityFu. It just stays stuck at 100%.

Hoping for some more fixes to couterract today's Blizzard stealthpatch.

Since the new WoW patch today, I've been running into freezing problems. With only Ace and Fubar running the game will lock up a second after the load screen disapears. A few of my friends had this problem aswell.. but it resolved by them going to a less pupulated place first before trying to load FuBar. Saddly not working for me... but guess I can live a day w/o FuBar.. (well a fraction of the day due to maintenance ;p).

I'll keep up to date if I find out anything more specific.

Thanks,
Dess
