    Farmed Add

    Farmed Add is a plugin for Farmed by lintydruid. Farmed creates a little window showing you what items you've collected in your travels - BoE items, tradeskill mats and so on. Unfortunately, the only way to add new items to the list of things it tracks is to modify the LUA files.

    This is where Farmed Add comes in. It allows you to temporarily add a new item to the Miscellaneous section without editing LUA files and without needing to reload your UI.

    Usage

    Just type /fa followed by the itemid or itemlink of the item you wish to track. You can enter an itemlink by shift-clicking on the item in your bags.

    It could be done using a work around - this addon simply sticks the item you request to the end of the lists that Farmed has loaded from its files, and this addon could be altered to do that automatically when it loads.

    However, I no longer use Farmed, as I believe it has not been updated in some time and therefore does not have any of the WOTLK items. As such I'm not looking to update this addon.

    In other news, I've been working on a replacement which will allow you to do both permanent and temporary additions and uses Data Broker for display. It also doesn't depend on a list of itemids to work out what to track, so that updates for new content won't be as much of an issue. It'll be released within the next week or so, and it's called Ranch if you'd like to keep an eye open for it.
