Modified Version of bTooltip!

Shoulda work for now! All new Races & Specialization included.

• Health & Power Bar (color based on resources [mana => blue, energy => yellow, rage => red...)
• Class-Colored Names & Borders
• Faction Symbol
• Background Coloring (Neutral => Yellow, Friendly => Green, Hostile => Red)
• Lightweight

Nice idea. Implemented in v1.3 (Green = Friendly; Red = Enemy; Yellow = Neutral).
