    Tenmetsu

    Tenmetsu is a small add-on, which enables the whisper like flash behavior for other message types (ie. guild, raid etc). The add-on can be configured by changing the true/false table in flash.lua.

    By default Tenmetsu will only enable it's behavior on:
    * Channels.
    * Officer chat.

    Changes from 1.3
    - Missing self's fixed.
    Changes from 1.2
    - Updated to work on 3.0.x.

    Changes from 1.1
    - TOC bumped to 2.4.

    Changes from 1.0
    - Fixed an issue which would make channels not trigger the flash as they should.

    mh.. my tab with channels and my tab with guild doesn't flash when I get a new message (both true in the .lua)

    Both of these functions are working for me however. I'll see if I can take a deeper look at it later (possibly tomorrow).

    hm , i think i have to revise my problem - its failing with Fane i think ... Tenmetsu and Enen are currently working

    It works for me on 3.3.5, so I don't see why it shouldn't work on 3.3.3. It's really all I can say =/.

    i edited my reply - its Fane thats not Working - in fact i am using these three addons together and wasnt aware which of them does the Nice-ChatTab-Thing

    actually its Fane

    Enen and Tenmetsu are working correctly (tested)

    Edit: because i read on WoWInterface (so actually here) in the comments for Fane, that 1.4 should work on 3.3.5, so it HAS to work on 3.3.3 to, right ?

    1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 are 3.3.5 only versions.

    ma again - actually (3.3.5) flashing the General Tab NOT with color but only like the standard flash
    (when hovering the Tab without tabbing it , it becomes colored but still flashing in the old way)

    hopefully this time its real

    only loaded: Enen, Fane, Tenmetsu, LoadIt plus an Addon written by me for scaling the Playerframes and making the Channels sticky
