Oh, and just so you know I applied this UI to my wife's computer at 1600 x 1050 and it worked flawlessly.

Cheers.

Let's not debate the definition of "minimalistic" anymore.

The real definition is as follows:

Definition: of or pertaining to someone or something advocating smallness

...so I think we're all off a little bit.

Nonetheless, I thought I'd share this UI with everyone.

Hope you enjoy!

The term 'minimalist' is is too broad to mean one thing.
Before I get in to this, just know that I do like your UI. I personally hate the gigantic-bottom-bar setup, but many find it useful. It is also obvious that you put a lot of effort in to organization and artistic quality.

That being said...you may be right in a sense, but this UI only accomplishes organization or 'cleanliness'. Most people would assume that at the very least a minimalistic UI consumes less screen real estate under average conditions than does the default Blizzard UI. Some "minimal" UIs expand beyond the default under extreme conditions (which may or may not be a design flaw), but they all tend to have in common a low density solo setup.

The purpose of the above mentioned "gigantic-bottom-bar" is generally to control a wide range of common functions at all times rather than having things appear as necessary. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this concept, but it does not look at all minimalistic.

Assuming you designed the artwork yourself, you would likely find a larger audience in the Graphical Compilations group.

I believe that, generally, minimalistic does refer to the things you said; however, many are also about minimising the amount of space taken up by the UI. Having said that, LUI is "minimalistic" but it takes up a fair chunk of the screen when everything's enabled but meh.

It can definitey be adapted to fit 1920 x 1080, but it may not be a simple process if you don`t know that basics about the the Bartendar4 and kgPanels addons.

I recommend that you play with BT4 (get used to moving and resizing bars etc.) and watch a youtube video or two on how to use kgPanels, because the TopPanel, MainPanelLeft, MainPanelRight and UnderlayPanels will definitely need to be resized accordingly.

I hope this help a bit, and let me know if it works out for you.

NOTE: If my wife allows me to mess with her computer, I may be able to show you what it looks like from a 1680 x 1050 perspective.
