What is it

nibPointDisplay is a customizable graphical display of class points and aura stacks. There's a lot of options, so be prepared to get your hands dirty and your interface looking good


Textures

nibPointDisplay supports SharedMedia, so you can add any custom textures you'd like. By default it comes with Triangle, Circle, Plain, Soul Shard and Holy Power textures. Please see the bottom of this page for a small SharedMedia guide.

Shared Media Guide

If you wish to use your own custom textures, then the best way to do this is with SharedMedia.


Step 1: Install SharedMedia
  1. Download SharedMedia
  2. Copy the SharedMedia folder from the download to your Interface\AddOns\ folder
  3. Inside the Interface\AddOns\SharedMedia\ folder, rename MyMedia.bat.txt to MyMedia.bat
  4. Double-click MyMedia.bat

Step 2: Install your custom textures
  • You can either grab textures from other downloads (such as Power Auras Classic) or create your own. Custom textures will have either a .blp or .tga file extension.
  • Move any custom texture files you want to use into the SharedMedia_MyMedia\background\ folder.
  • Run the MyMedia.bat file once again to register your new textures.

Limited Duration Stacks

Any chance of there being a timer feature, implemented through a bar, fading, or some other property, that would indicate when your buff stack, holy power or similar are going to drop? (I.e. I need to push Archangel now or the Evanglism stacks will be wasted etc.)

Wouldn't want to badger you after the help with the Wild Mushrooms; but if you would consider adding the Balance T11 4-piece bonus Astral Alignment in a future release, it would be appreciated.

Monitoring the buff and it's stack count should be sufficient.

getting an error msg

Im getting a error message can u please help.

Interface\Addons\nibPointDisplay\Core.Lua:1349:AceBucket-3.0 requires AceEvent-3.0 and AceTimer-3.0

I dont know what i did but this error keeps poping up guess im missing some lib im not sure.

Only just started to use this and I like it already
Only one issue that I'd like to throw out there, and that's the combo points to it
I've set up the combo points how I like it, no issue with that (set it to show at 0)
Problem is if I go to a character that doesn't use CP, like my Paladin, I get his HP and the general CP overlapping (have them set in the same place, so class only stuff show above the frame
I could always get around this by profiling but I was wondering if you would consider adding a filter so it would only work if the character can us combo points, be it class or mounted?

Thanks Nib for you making so many unique addons.

Since it is a 'point' display addon I shouldn't ask but I decide to give it a shot, would it be possible that nibpointdisplay support DK's run power in the future?
