Bongos Skinned Map 

It was really late when I figured it out- its never happened before with other mods but seemed really strange. When I tried to move the right folder to the correct wow folder it would say it couldn't find a specific folder then I looked closely and I finally noticed that if there was a localization folder there was also another file by that name- honestly it was truly strange, once I saw that I got it figured out and it works fine no errors.

I honestly can't say what happened but if you'd like I can send you a screen shot of what the files and folders look like when I unzip them.

Probably more a me issue than a you issue. BTW great having the quest timer now and option to move the quest tracker box- thumbs up on those, keep it simple keep it light!

Dowload the mod- and its not even letting me copy to my interface folder. This is actually a problem I originally had over the last few months.

I dowload unzip, I see MAC OSX Folder and file and BONGOS2 Estended map folder and file and thats it. I can not copy the folders or the contents to my interface folder. One of the files that does copy over is .ds_store and thats it. No other mod gives me this problem, and has for some time. Also sorry this is the only place I am going to post this as I have no time to go to another location good luck on this I will continue to keep trying to install it.

Yes I have disabled BONGOS2 Mapbar, removed it completely from the WOW folder. Even tried resetting the WTF file, nothing.

FYI for those experiencing missing Threat from Omen, while using this mod, it's not this mod's problem. My wife and I do not use this mod, yet we occassionally have problems where we can't see each other's threat via Omen (by occassionally, I mean, it happens if I'm on my pally, and she's on her mage, if we play any other combination, threat works fine, other people experience apparent incompatibilities with mods that should have no impact on a threatmeter)

The Omen/Threat people are aware this bug exists and, as of yet, been unable to track down a cause, and since they can't find out what's causing it, they can't fix it... If enabling this mod -always- breaks omen, then perhaps the Omen/ThreatLib people should be made aware they have a way to make it always break, and maybe be able to squash this thing for good.

No need to harrass the map addon author for a known bug in Omen.

isoon as i enable this mod my bars disappear not all of them generally the bags and the the bat with the key ring and comp etc on it. i have all new files and uncheck bongos 2 map mod. i love this mod i will try to get you the actual error im getting. it sometimes varies from charater to character. i have 45 plus toons so ill get you the errors asap as my ui does not look right w/o the square mini map enabled. and good job on these mods i and many of my ffriends use bongos but i am the only one who uses the mini map addon

I prefer to have my minimap in the bottom of my screen, however this makes my quest tracker invisible since it falls of the screen. Any chance you could add the ability to move the quest tracker and other things attached to the minimap?

I see a new version posted since the comments, but no mention of Omen in the History... Is it too much to hope that `important bugs fixed' included the Omen problem?

I was using this mod yesterday (along with Omen), and noticed that while I could see data for most of the party (including one KTM user), I could not see anything from the MT. Was that the Omen problem people were seeing, or have I done something strange?

This is a lame excuse.

There is no need to be in RAID/PARTY to make OMEN work. OMEN works by itself.
So you can test this and get us a fix. The download and unzip. Takes 3mins maybe.
Also OMEN can run with KTM.

I and many others can not use your mod due to this issue.

I love this mod and I really want it to work but I've found a few things since updating to your most recent version.
It was working fine when I first installed but as time went on a few things started to happen. Upon logging in, on occasion, my bars do not load (yes, they are the most current version of Bongos and yes, of course they're always enabled). I tried to open my options panel by right clicking the Bongos mini map icon and get nothing. To get them to load I had to completely shut down WoW and restart. I can go from one character to another where it was working fine for one but not for the other.
I've also been having problems with my mini-map gatherer icon (Find Herbs, Find Minerals) not showing up. It's there, I die or portal and it's not there any longer. I try to put it back up and it doesn't work, won't show.
On occasion, I lose my casting bar. Again, I can portal or log in a different character and it just doesn't show up.
Yes, everything is enabled for every character... bars, casting bar, mini map icons.
To test, I disabled my Bongos Skinned Map and everything works fine. <cry> Fix it, please?

i want to just say that after a hard testing with a guild m8 on several addons
i discover that currently your addon has some kind of incompatibility that makes Omen not work corrently, Omen still shows my threat but unables me to send any kind of data to other ppl or even recieving data

im not saying omen isnt working properly but you might come to a solution for both to work together
