The mod is Blizz SCT font and you can find it here:

You have a couple of options;

1. find a font you want to replace it with and name that "font.ttf" and put in the interface/addons/blizzsctfont folder, replacing the one that is there.

2. don't load or delete the blizzsctfont folder and use the default SCT or download a different addon that you like.

for the Pet frame, 2 ways to do that;

1. You can use Move Anything (Easiest!)
a. The easiest way is to go to Esc/Game Menu>Keybinds
b. Scroll towards the bottom and find the "Move Anything" section
c. Bind it to a key that you never use (I used Alt+M because that is something I would never use ever)
d. Once keybound, hover over your pet frame, hit your keybind and then you should be able to drag it to where you want.

2. Edit the Cofig file
a. Using Wordpad open up the the config.lua file in Interface\Add ons\oUF_Diablo folder
b. scroll down or use the "find" feature to find the --PET section
c. change the x = "number" and the y = "number" below, keep in mind the current values are in the negative range

You will have to play with the numbers a lot, but you can have WoW open, tab out, change the number (remember to save!), /console reloadui in WoW

to change the Raid Unit Frame size go to config.lua in your interface\addons\oUF_Diablo file

open it with word pad

look for the --RAID section towards the bottom

and change scale = 1 to whatever size you want.

I would start with 1.2 and work your way up in .2 increments.

you can save the file and just "/console reloadui" in wow.

keep changing it until you are happy

to change the party frames, one way is to go to config.lua in your interface\addons\oUF_Diablo file

Look for part frames and change the "x=" and"y=" coordinates.

Make sure to save your changes and then /console reloadui in wow. It might take some trial and error but you will get it.

When you say "everything" are you talking about the artwork or unitframes/castbar etc?

If its the artwork:

type /kgpanels config

Find the active panels (at the bottom and change the scale)

If it is the Unitframes and etc you can go to config.lua in your interface\addons\oUF_Diablo file

Find the section you want, for example unitframes will be towards the top where it says

--units
------------

Change the "scale = 1.2" to whatever you want.

You can do the same for just about everything else in the config, just look for the section you want and change the scale
