    Afterlife Crowd Control


    Whats this addon do?
    Afterlife Crowd Control is a World of Warcraft addon designed to monitor your crowd controls in and outside a party, and your party/raid members assigned target crowd controls. This is an invaluable addon for raid leaders and tanks who need to keep track of the many possible crowd control targets in a party or raid, for example, as a tank you can see which target will expire first allowing you to be there ready to pick the target up.


    Features

    • List all the controlled targets in your party or raid, including the person who controlled the target.
    • 3D target frame for your own personal crowd control including time remaining.
    • Move/resiz Timer bars showing party/raid controlled targets and their durations.
    • Visual / Audio warnings when your personal crowd controlled target breaks.
    • Batman style popup when your target breaks.
    • Announce to your party or raid when your you apply and renew your crowd controls, and when your target breaks.
    • Announce to your party or raid the last 15 seconds remaining on your controlled target.
    • Announce when you interrupt a cast.
    • Diminish Returns support for PvP and Arena
    • Tank helpers such as automatically removing Salvation - this feature is activated by typing /afterlife tank from the chat window.

    Hunters - please note
    For hunters, target the mob you intend to trap before placing down/throwing your trap - this will assign your 3D target. If you do not select your target first before using the trap then you will not see the 3D target frame, but the timers will perform normally and any break alerts will work as normal.     Instructions
    For options, type /afterlife in game

    Fixed a bug when a spell misses, the raid target on the mob was not correctly identified.

    Thumbs up Update Released
    Hi,

    I have some good news and some bad news, the bad news is I have very limited time available to work on this addon at present, but I should be back in full swing in a few weeks. However, the good news is a fan of the addon took time out to quickly modify the addon to work with the latest expansion and kindly sent it to me.

    Ive uploaded his version here. Enjoy!



    Please be patient, i will be back to normal soon but as many already know I run my own business and workloads for me at present are just crazy. If anyones a programmer working for a development house then you will fully understand what I mean.

    I will try to keep in touch in the coming weeks to answer any queries.

    Any update from the mod author? I used to use this addon once-upon-a-time and loved it. With the resurgence of CC needed in Cata dungeons/raids, I would love to give it a try again.

    Has anyone succedded in making the last version work in Cata?

    Sorry I've not really been around lately, I got really bored with the game and like most people I thought grinding for gear or other stuff was a complete waste of time when the expansion was around the corner.

    At present I don't have a valid subscription to the game but I do have the game on pre-order, and once Im back in game I'll fix the addons.

    Hmm, i wasnt aware there was another addon sharing the /acc command. I'll look at changing it to /afterlife for a future update.

    was wondering if theres any other way to configure it than /acc

    So, I have deleted everything you said and this still does not work for a Hunter with trap mastery, (shows 15 seconds the moment I trap) or a rogue with improved sap. Any chance of fixing this little issue?

    Party/Raid Announce
    For some reason, ACC announces to party/raid even with all announce options disabled.

    I like to be able to let the raid know once in a while why poly fails, but not always.
