Namkung UI [ v. 12.0 ]

Video of my UI in a full out 25 man raid setting :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaW3Lrgj2Fw

In 1080HD or Original Size, you should get a very good idea of how my UI looks in a raid. Also note that some small things have been changed since I released the video. (Mainly the chatbox)

Do not be fooled by the large size of the interface folder as a large portion of it is taken up by extra textures / fonts / borders / etc.

A few things to note in my UI :
- There are a total of 3 hidden bars for extra abilities / mounts / etc. You can simply figure out where they are / what you want to do with them by going into Dominos configs.
- The pet bar is also hidden. To config this as well, simply look into Dominos configs.
- The kgPanel artwork for the grid has been set to ONLY show in raid groups. This is so you do not have to see that giant box that hovers over the grid when grid is not present.

How to install :
- Back up your current Fonts / Interface / WTF folder and extract mine.
- Rename the applicable folders inside the WTF folder.
- Start WoW and log in!
*Do NOT enable all addons. Some have been disabled on purpose such as Prat High CPU mods, ACB Mirror, Bagnon forever, Dominos cast, etc. (Make sure these are disabled)

At this point, you need to load the profiles for the addons.
Some may already be loaded but others will not be.

For all addons you should load the profile "Namkung", with the exception of grid.

For grid :
/grid -> profiles -> load "Healing"

If you are unsure what the name of the addon is to load the correct profile, simply look below at the list of addons and go into config for each one.

My current setup for the addon TellMeWhen has been set to show certain Warlock buffs (Improved Soul Fire) and various trinket procs. If you are not a Warlock, simply don't use the mod or set it up yourself with the buffs you wish to keep track of.

List of addons :

- AzCastBar - castbar
- Bagnon - bagmod
- ButtonFacade
- BigWigs BossMods
- ChatSounds
- Dominos - actionbar
- Doom CooldownPulse - pulses when abilities come off CD in the middle of your screen
- Grid - raidframes
- kgPanels
- Mapster
- MikScrollingBattleText - combat text
- pError - hides error messages
- PitBull4 - unitframes
- Prat - chatmod
- rBuffFrameStyler - replaces blizzard default buff / debuff frames
- Recount
- nMinimap
- SharedMedia - additional fonts, textures, etc.
- sThreatMeter2 - threat meter
- SLDataText - displays guild / friends / fps / memory usage / etc.
- TidyPlates - nameplates
- TipTac - tooltip
- TellMeWhen
- nibChatTabs

i like it but there are alot of compilation's there are close to the same looks as u have..

the one thing i should change is the texture of your castbar, it just doesnt fit with your UF.

but still every UI is personal so good job!

I am a little new to compilations with set resolutions and was wondering if there is any way for me to make this work on a computer with a max resolution of 1280x800?

Also, I am a raid healer and I currently use Healbot for its simplistic click/right-click healing - does the Raid frame allow those functions, or would I still need to run Healbot as well?

it's a bit tough trying to make yours look "unique" when your using an OUF layout >_<

well first off, as far as I know healbot is the only addon that has those types of feature. to be honest, this probably is not the best UI for healers because the raid frame is relatively small and located on the bottom right; and answer is no. you will not be able to click / right click to heal raid members via raid frame.

as for the resolution, I am sorry to say this is available for only 1680 by 1050. (probably shoulda mentioned this first haha)

And now for my question, what option do i have to change to right/left click off buffs from the buff frame......love the ui, but it came to my attention when i couldn't click off divine intervention, or illusion spells ect......

Thanks in advance :P

This is indeed a big problem I have also noticed as well. Although players don't find themselves in situations where they have to click off a specific buff very often, sometimes it can get very annoying when you need to. Like you said.. when you want to take off DI, or in my case when hunters mis direct you Mimiron bomb bots!!
This buff bar is one that comes standard with OUF ALZA which means, to configure anything you would have to deal with the .lua file which I am not too familiar with.
I have came up with a temporary solution and it is to simply use another buff mod but have it disabled (not from character panel but from in game options) and simply enable it when you are in need to take off a specific buff. Yes it is annoying.. and I am trying my best to fix this problem and I promise to have it fixed within the next major update.

actually, I just looked into the lua files and found a way to disable completly the buff, debuff bars that come standard with OUF ALZA. This would obviously mean that you would install a buff mod of your choice (i recommend satrina buff frames with a buttonfacade skin) and use that as your buff bar.

here is how.
go into your interface folder and find oUF_ALZA
open style (.lua extention). If you are unable to open it, make sure you open it using NOTEPAD.
Look carefully and find
local DisablePlayerAuras = false
simply change false to true!

Thanks for the cool ui!

Other than updating a few of the addons (bigwigs and bagon just to name two) I have changed the way the Quartz buff bar is displayed.
The quartz buff / debuff tracker still appears to the right of your target but no longer displays the name of the actual spells. Only the icon and the time remaining. I didn't feel the need to see texts like Corruption, Haunt, Unstable Affliction, etc.
I also disabled sttext in this new version. I had no trouble moving it once I unlocked sttext. Not exactly sure what the issue may be if you are experiencing that problem. It's disabled now so unless you intend to keep it, it shouldn't bother you anymore.
I will try to come up with more exciting changes in the future

o i'm sorry. I just re downloaded sttext and looked into the problem you were having to see exactly what you meant.
If you are unable to move it after you unlock it via /stlatency, etc. commands it is probably because you are not holding down alt.
Try alt + left click then move it around
