    This is a simple AddOn for a simple idea -- pull the quest log into side-by-side areas so it's double wide instead of cramping the size of the quest list.

    Original conception, and graphics by Kudane.

    First, Thank you for a fantastic addon. It's indispensible. Second, I was wondering if you could host this addon on the WowMatrix site or give them permission via GPL to keep a copy on their servers. I use WowMatrix to keep my addons up to date and they are unable to pull the latest version from the WoWInterface site. Thank you again for everything you do for the WoW community.

    An addon doesn't need to be constantly updated if it is feature-complete and working as intended. DoubleWide works just fine and has all the features it needs, so why would it need constant updates?
    It's probably all "lua code 101" to you, but *I* didn't know where to go or what to do to "update" any properly working but "out of date" addon until you posted the quote above. Thanks for that bit of info, by the way.

    Personally, I think an "update" that verifies an addon to be working as intended and brings it current so that it doesn't trip the "out of date" warning in blizzard is a right and proper thing for an author to do. ... If for no other reason than to avoid umpteen emails, posts, and messages from people who don't understand why it's "out of date." I mean...if they don't know how to update the addon themselves, they *might* not know to read the comments to see where you very nicely tell them how it's to be done......

    On the character selection screen, click on Addons. Then click the box for "Load out of date Addons". That should solve the problem.

    I know it's old and abandoned.. but doublewide doesn't seem to work now. Any chance of fixing it? No error.. it just doesn't do anything.
