Bluffer will track desired (or undesired) buffs, and check to make sure that the player has them (or doesn't). The config panel contains the Checklist and the Blacklist, and buffs can be added to either to be checked for, or removed. Alternate buffs can be added to the Checklist (like Arcane Brilliance to Arcane Intellect, for example).
/blf or /bluffer will bring up the configuration window. To add a buff, enter its name and click on the corresponding button.
/blf clear checklist or /blf clear blacklist will clear the corresponding list.
/blf check or clicking the Check! button will report what buffs on the Checklist are missing, and remove any buffs on the Blacklist.
Auto-removing Blacklisted buffs can be enabled in the configuration window, as can on-combat buff checking.
