It is impossible to port my FuBar plugins to LDB currently, FuBar-PointMan being the exception. I did start writing my own LDB display (DockingStation) and once it is where I want it for normal LDB plugins I will start implementing the changes needed to support my old FuBar plugins. FuBar-Compass will be the easiest (and first) to be ported over though and I have a proof-of-concept version working on my computer, it just doesn't have a pointer but the compass itself works (moves) just like the FuBar version.

Having said that, I quit playing WoW a bit over 2 months ago so I don't have a lot of motivation to move fast on this. The only reason I even started on DockingStation was because a friend requested it and he doesn't even play much any more. So I guess as long as he keeps playing, I'll keep working on getting it done.

There's not much to it but I updated the libraries and made a few minor changes. It did seem a bit sluggish to me but it doesn't seem so bad now even though I didn't really change anything that would have improved that aspect of it.

Since patch 3.0.2 this addon seems to still work ok but the compass does not look like it moves as smooth as it did before even with updates turned up to 10.

Would the author mind taking a look at this and update the addon if needed.
Thanks.

Re: Bloody Well Done Man!

Nice man I like it .. i'll have to check out the code so we can keep them sync'd. I'm planning to do a number of enhancements but stopped modding for a while .. to much stuff going on

Thumbs up Bloody Well Done Man!

No other FuBaR add-on is as helpful, streamlined, or beautiful as this one is. I've been complaining about the lack of a true compass since I joined and here you dose my flames. Beautiful artwork to get it done and it works like a pro.

I think I'm falling in love.
