MacaroonXtras 4.2 fix

A quick fix for the new dugeon journal feature to replace the obsolete key ring.

NOTE: The icon is NOT changed, obsolete code has NOT been cleaned up but won't mess you up either.

This is a placeholder-fix until maul puts things as they should be sou you peeps can have the dungeon journal NOW.

If you cannot bear the old key-icon, have fun and get these custom-made icons down your ISP's throat:
