Added MoP Loot

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
LootDB adds loot information to the standard item tooltips. It adds a few lines to item tooltips, showing in which instance and by which boss an item drops. It also includes the droprate, items gained for honor, arena points, badges of justice, emblems of heroism, valor, conquest, and triumph.

LootDB is currently available in english and german. The library is prepared for further translations.

I had to figure out what zhTW even means!
It turns out that it's the Chinese translation. I not sure where to even begin with that.

This is a complete updated replacement for the original. Just overwrite the old files.
