This is my own built Healing UI, compeltely simplified and lightweight. Only running about 20mb its complies alot of todays most popular addons into one sleek UI.
The main core of this package is ElvUI. I love this addon because it compiles Xperl/Bartender/TitanPanels/SexyMap and Prat. It has its own theme design so if your looking for a Map UI or ActionBar UI, this addon isnt that. It renders your bars into a stackable set of 3 (using 1 through =) and 2 sets on the right side. The map is moveable but does not come with cool skins that you shouldn't be paying attention during raid. This addon also features a wide variety of configuration and settings; as well as cut into 2 sections: Tank/DPS Mode and Healer Mode. Overall its a great addon and i highly recommend it to anyone.

As for setting up the UI, its quite straight forward. If you are experienced with UI configuration, this should be a breeze. For new comers, almost everything is in plain view, Especially ElvUI.
