A new name for a complete rewrite!
Inspiration from Anavar's Attack Speedometer and Tectonic Attack Power.

ASPT will show you changes to your Attack Power and Attack Speed as they change
on the fly. The Left box is your current Attack Power, the right box is your
current Attack Speed, and underneath is your current weapon speeds.

Mousing over the attack speed box will show a tooltip with your average attack
speed, weapon speeds, and the time spend at each attack speed (while in combat).
To reset the stats, left click on the box.
