Boda UI - Discontinued.  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 4.2
by: Bodasafa [More]

Great news everyone! I plan on returning to the game in WoD and releasing this UI publicly again! Stay tuned!

Announcements
• Version 4.2 is now Live! Changes include a master font for the entire game to complete the look and a few minor tweaks. Also a new DBM skin for the bars. To download that by itself check out my Boda UI - DBM Skin.

• The resolution for this UI is 1920x1080 and will only be released for that resolution. If you wish to use this UI for a different resolution you will have to unlock and move the addons yourself. The time it takes to do this depends on your working knowledge of addons in general. Though with the new centered layout, most anyone should have to move is the stuff in the top right corner. I also recommend reading the "Different Resolutions" section of my Guide linked in the "Help and Support" section below.

• This UI is specifically designed for a Warrior Tank in Raiding situations. However many users of different Classes and Specs have been able to modify it so suit their needs. Since moving to Raven (which controls all buffs and debuffs) it should automatically show your specific debuffs on your target and your specific active cooldowns. You should only need to Blacklist the things you do not want shown.

• I do not use a player portrait. Icehud displays my health and rage so a duplicate of that is wasted screen space. You should keybind “Target Self” to a key. When you press this key you will see “You” in the Target frame. You then right click this frame to get all the options you would via a normal player portrait.

Installation
• Backup and then delete your WTF and Interface Folders.
• Download the UI and put the new WTF and Interface Folders in.
• Rename the appropriate folders with YOUR information.
• Your Account Name
• Your Server Name
• Your Character Name
• For a more detailed explanation on how to install a User Interface refer to my guide linked in the “Help and Support” section below.

In Game Set Up
• Login and stop at the character selection screen.
• Click the Addons button in the lower left corner and enable all addons.
• Once inside the game type the following slash commands and select the BodaUI profile for each.
/buttonfacade
/bt
/chatter
/chinchilla
/icehud
/kgpanels config
/msbt
/mbf
/omen
/pitbull
/raven
/recount
/sldatatext
/suf
/tidyplates (and expand the threat plates selection)
• Once all profiles are set reload your UI. Some addons will not appear set such as Chinchilla until you do this.
• Log out to save the profiles.
• Check for updates to all addons. Once all addons have been updated, log in, change your keybindings/macros and your done!
• Every time you update DBM you need to re-skin, its very easy. For instructions check out Boda UI - DBM Skin.

Special Thanks Goes Out To

Im having problems with MSBT in 4.01. But I found another addon that works in a similar way that I really like. Maybe an option for you if you remake this pack for cata.

Hi there.
I'm not really interested in downloading the UI (my computer doesn't support anything above 1280 x 1024), but I would like to ask which background/border you use from GrizzlySharedMedia to create your panels.
Thanks in advance.

Button Facade Update.

I just recently updated Button Facade (not in current download). This causes an issue where it will no longer go in and skin Satrina Buff Frames.

To fix this follow these steps.

1- Log out of the game.
2- Open your SBF folder in your addons folder.
3- Open the SBFButton Facade LUA folder in a note pad.
4- Change line 3.

if IsAddOnLoaded("ButtonFacade") and (ButtonFacade ~= nil) then
to

if IsAddOnLoaded("ButtonFacade") then
Fixt. Enjoy.

Original instructions can be found from the author of Button Facade (StormFX) here: http://forums.wowace.com/showthread....11851&page=101

If your not a warrior tank you wont see anything in that box. Its specifically set up for me.

You will have to go in and white list the ones you want to see.

To do this type: /sbf options

Then select the "debuffs on target" from the drop down.

Go into the "spells" tab.

Check the "list debuffs" box to the right.

Select the debuffs from the list to the left that you want to display.

Check the box "cast by me" if you only want to see the debuff your personally casting.

Check the box "warn when expiring" if you want to know before it falls of.

what i do?
You spend time working on it. There is not short cut or easy way to do it. You have to unlock the addons, resize them, and move them where you want.

There are links on my download page to every addon you will need to move, read up on how to move them from the authors. Then you just go in game and start working through the options.

If you have specific questions I can answer them, but I'm not going to write out a step by step. I would have to write a book to explain how to do it all.

Yes it states that you must use that profile for that addon in the download instructions. Once that's set reload your UI by typing /rl.

Sorry, this UI will only be released for the supported resolution which is 1920x1080. I do not have the time or drive to make this for every resolution out there.
