FAQ
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.

Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons do not automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars (except for Bar 1), you have to use the new KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!

Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.

Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

When you copy a profile from a char that is a druid for example and have configured it so that some bars show when you go bear and other dont, you wont be able to turn that off or configure it in any way when you copy that profile to a char that is not a druid or another other class that doesnt have stance bars.

After almost a year this issue still exists. I just fucked up my profile with it again after I spend an hour configuring it.

Since the patch if I choose to hide 6 of the buttons on a bar, they become unusable. Is this just a bug or did you change that ability? im not an idiot - the buttons are movable just by klick-and-hold the mousebutton without any other key pressed.

and besides , why should shift make button (temporarily) movable since its a) never documented (at least i cant find it) and b) it woudnt make any sense since u can use shift as paging modifier- would be stupid to make buttons movable with shift whiler its alrd a possible modifier for paging, woudnt it ? :P
c) the option is called button lock - not "button on non-shift lock"

update : since it seems that the button handling is done by an external lib, the latest LibActionButton-1.0 solved the prob. (using centralized libs)

THANKS FOR THAT UPDATE! Just an FYI. I posted this then saw your update at the bottom... Maybe it can be fixed with bartender as opposed to DLing a second addon

I am having the same issues with button lock.

I am not really a clicker but unfortunately I can't bind 28 skills to my keyboard so I am forced to click a couple.

I have never had this issue before with BT and when I did, I could just click lock buttons twice and it was good to go.

No more! I am throwing buttons off bars left and right.

Just to clarify I am NOT holding shift down. I even went into my blizzard options and clicked on their button lock but I can still toss skills off my bar.

There's two converging issues with keybindings ATM, but it seems the addon author is working on the other projects... :'(

As a workaround, you have to reassign keybindings to Bartender (The BT4Bar1ButtonX bindings), but you'll loose ability to play without Bartender, then... :/
