Excellent addon, tho after leaving it on *learning mode* for 3 raids (bt/mh+mag/ony+gruul+za) and few evenings of arena/bg, trying to filter spells lags a bit.. guess its the amount

anyway, cheers, remember using the old witch hunt in 2.01 or so (*text casts spell*) ^^

List of every spell/buff/debuff/action in the game?

I just downloaded the new witchhunt, and I love it.

I have a question regarding the spells filter list. It loads spells in the form of, for example,

[38391] Scorch

and in the SavedVariables LUA, it only saves the numbers for each skill.

I'd rather my list be inclusive than exclusive, and I assume that the numbers by each spell are not serial.

So my question is, is there anywhere I can find a list of everything in the game under this format?

The numbers are the blizzard spellIDs.
For instance Curse of Doom: http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=30910
30910 is the spellID of rank 2 curse of doom.

You can use wowhead to find them.

As for the spell filter, I'm still looking at ways to make it better. The reason it lags when you open it after a night of raiding is due to the game having to render all the checkboxes and fontstrings.

I've realized this, but the spell numbers skip around and go near 50,000. I was hoping for an updated list, maybe something I could parse with a short program into a text file and past into the LUA with the proper format.

Thanks a ton for this mod though, it's absolutely great with the new filtering.

reverse filter

Great addon, but I wonder if it would be possible to reverse the functionality of the spell filter. Personally, there are only about 10 spells that I want to be allerted to and I would much rather just list or check them off rather than having to filter out every single other spell in the game. I think a lot of pvpers would appreciate that functionality. Wonderful addon regardless and thanks a lot.

Does setting combat log range not work anymore after Patch 2.4 ?

I have set all ranges to 60 in config.wtf, but Witchhunt displays everything far away in BGs.

Correct, that nolonger works in 2.4 it's limited to 'all you can see' currently.

So what's the solution for this? It is very annoying as its right now, its being hella spamming and it doesnt help, all i can see is a hugeload of info loading and fading superquick when im in BG's

So i ended up turning off this addon. >_<"

Do we see a update for this wonderful addon yet? :>
It still works, but a bit buggy, since it spams "fades"-messages when you kill a player (for example a paladin that has like 10 buffs on him).

This is the single most brilliant suggestion for any addon, ever.

Make it so.

I'd also be very happy to have this option as well.
