FlagRSP2 is an AddOn for World of Warcraft that allows players to add additional information about their characters into the game. It is designed to support role players and allow others with FlagRSP2 and RSP compatible AddOns to easily see if the character is a role player or is even in character. Characters can be fleshed out with additional names, titles, and detailed descriptions.

FlagRSP2 is a continuation of flagRSP 0.5.6 by Flokru. FlagRSP2 is a completely new code base designed to be more efficient and play well with other AddOns.

If your FlagRSP2 copy is OLDER than 1.5.x you should delete the FlagRSP2 directory first!(The Curse Client will do this for you if you use that.) Copy the "flagRSP2" folder into your World of Warcraft AddOns folder. Before selecting your character and entering the game other AddOns such as flagRSP 0.5.6, flagRSP BC, and ImmersionRP must be disabled to prevent conflicts.

That is strange and I honestly not able to reproduce it. Try downloading the ZIP file again to be sure it is not corrupted. LibStub.lua should be 1,397 bytes in size and the MD5 check sum is 084f74c94ae937f954766f6c815ef8d6. Sorry, I do not have a CRC32 calculator.

I've downloaded the ZIP archive again but it still contained two copies of LibStub.lua within the same folder. This time I just picked the smaller one - the one with the correct MD5 checksum. The other file is 51 lines long instead of 31. Here's a screenshot of TortoiseMerge comparing both files. On the left you see the one with your MD5 checksum, on the right the other file that's apparently within the same folder. Maybe it helps in tracking down the cause for this behavior. It looks like one version has the comments intact. I am not sure what it causing this, but it is being caused by the WoWAce.com packager. Every program I use to extract does not come up with this error.

For the record, plain old "unzip" on the command line on a Linux box does show both versions. Not sure why they're both there. You might want to just unzip it, make sure you have the right file, then zip it up again.

Someone below mentioned that when copying Flag into the Addons folder it asks if it's okay to replace the Lib file that isn't there in the first place. Same thing for me. The login screen registers Flag as being installed and enabled, but when I log into game I get no icon. If I don't have Flag installed I get the Addons tab in my interface menu for Titan Bar but if I have Flag installed the Addons tab goes away. I'm going to attempt to downgrade to a earlier version for now but any assistance or thoughts would be appreciate. My husband appears to be running this version just fine and I got my original zip file from him. But I've also tried getting it off Curse and WoWInterface. Thanks

flagRSP WotLK is a continuation of the original flagRSP 0.5.6 by Flokru. FlagRSP 2 is a complete rewrite of the original designed to be much slimmer.

Does your client take a long time to load into the world? I am trying to figure this one out and it very rarely happens to myself.

Data Broker is one of those things I want to do, but is not high on my priority list. I have tried to implement it before.

Not that long, and it does it at seemingly random intervals.
