Error is due to some misspelling on your part.
Here's how it should look.

It's really nice looking and works VERY well for tracking various stacking points. Loved it on my rogue, can't wait to use it on my pally. Please, please please keep it running, I'd hate to see this one go poof! I saw that, it's BEAUTIFUL! I think I broke it though.

I set the bar's scale a bit higher than 1, have it set to fade when my points run out, and locked it in place. When I went into combat and started gathering points, the shine marks for the holy effect were larger than the point buttons and way far off to the left. So they didn't match up to the bar, if that makes sense. I tried reloading and it didn't fix it.

Does this kind of thing happen sometimes? I've used this before with no problem, so that's why I think I broke it somehow. I tried scaling it back down to the default 1, but still had the same issue.

I have the correct resolution. :-) I figured it out almost immediately after asking... I had toyed with the X slider, thinking it would align my bar on the screen, not realizing it would only move the glow, lol. Sorry, meant to come back here and let you know!
