Ever been in a group and pick up a green that was an upgrade for someone else? Did you spend more than 5 seconds looking for it in your overflowing bags? Or how about loot a nice new item that you want to equip? If so, this is the addon for you

This addon keeps track of the last 40 items you've picked up whether that be from vendor, quest reward, or loot (displaying the most recent 5). You can equip, delete, sell or link these items from that window (which auto-show/hides on mouseover). You can also set what item quality (Poor, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Artifact) you want as the minimum level for tracking.
