WsI (Weapon Speed Indicator)

Shows ACTUAL Weapon Speeds in a floating tooltip. This scales with Haste, Flurry, Heroism etc etc.
I thought this would be useful for Shammys who have an issue with haste like myself, whereby u loose dps in the deadzone 1.0 - 1.5 speeds. This saves you opening up your character pane to view this during heroism so that u can take evasive action to pop something such as drums of batle or a haste potion to take you back round to a 1.0 speed for a huge dps boost.
