Modified version of Roth UI that I've been using for a while now. Based on a resolution of 1680x1050 with no UI scaling, might have to move things around for other sizes. Any questions feel free to ask in the comments.

Installation:

1. Back up your WTF and Interface folders.
2. Extract this package to your desktop.
3. Rename -YOURACCOUNTNAME- (Archangel/WTF/Account/-YOURACCOUNTNAME-)
4. Place in the WOW directory.

Ingame:

1. Type /bt
2. Click "profiles" in the lower left.
3. Drop down "Copy from" and select the profile listed.
4. Type /reloadui

Sorry for the delayed resonse, took a break over the holiday season.

Those belong to KGPanels and can be moved and resized by typing /kgpanels config in chat. Expand "Active Panels" and select Base or Base2, then uncheck "Lock" for each panel.

Check to make sure Bartender is loaded when you log in. It's the one responsible for hiding the default action bars. Also make sure you have the load out of date addons box checked.

If that doesn't do it post up a screenshot and we'll get it sorted.
